As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of our dynamic consulting team in KSA, contributing to digital transformation projects. Your role involves collaborating with senior consultants, analyzing data, and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will be required to be part of a growth strategy for the company Consulting in the Middle East region, focusing in KSA initially but not limited to one country. You will work closely with our sales and account leadership teams to shape up solutions and deliver them as part of a team focused on e-commerce, customer services, and digital transformations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver against our clients' most important challenges.
- Analyze data and implement AI-driven solutions within digital transformation projects.
- Work closely with sales and account leadership teams to develop and deliver solutions in e-commerce, customer services, and digital transformations.
- Gather requirements, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables.
- Lead project teams in your area of expertise, acting as a strong subject matter expert (SME) in customer services, e-commerce, digital platforms, value stream analysis, and supply chain management.
- Apply knowledge of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) to project tasks.

- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities in Arabic (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).
- Demonstrate project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
- Exhibit the ability to work as part of techno-functional teams.
