Consultant | Business/System Analyst | Technology and Transformation

Deloitte is seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Consultant – Business/System Analyst to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements in alignment with organizational objectives. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting in developing frameworks that align with the organization's business goals and regulatory requirements, conducting business process analysis, and providing support with proposals and RFP responses.

Key responsibilities include developing and documenting use cases, user stories, process flows, and service journey maps using industry-standard tools, translating business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle, conducting gap analyses, and contributing to training activities.

Qualifications for this position require a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field, along with 3–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting roles. Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are optional. Candidates should have demonstrated experience working with enterprise platforms like ERP and CRM, proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio, a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
