About The Role:
Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional with a passion for innovation, transformation, and driving enterprise-wide impact? In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the CISO, supporting the execution of Riyadh Air’s cybersecurity strategy and ensuring alignment with wider business priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional projects and enabling innovation while embedding governance, resilience, and transformation across the organization.
- Coordinating strategic planning and executive reporting.
- Driving special projects that modernize the cybersecurity operating model.
- Managing governance structures to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Scouting emerging security technologies and measuring success through KPIs.
- Fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and user-centric security.
- Serving as a key communicator across stakeholders from board members and regulators to business leaders.

About You:
You will possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or strategic program management.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP and CISM, along with program management qualifications (e.g., PMP, SaFe).
- A proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects and innovation programs within global organizations.
- Experience managing executive communications and working with risk frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.), as well as driving transformation initiatives.
