Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM solutions.
- Develop comprehensive IAM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage IAM governance and operations.
- Oversee vendor evaluations to assess potential suppliers.
- Establish IAM environments across various stages, including Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Production, and Disaster Recovery.
- Configure IAM settings and ensure seamless data synchronization between various IAM components.
- Design IAM processes and workflows to manage identities and accesses securely.
- Develop IAM documentation including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams, engaging with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IIQ (Associate/Professional/Engineer/Architect), CyberArk certifications, and additional recognized technical certifications like Oracle, Azure AD, or similar.
- Proficiency in implementing IAM/PAM technology solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, and Okta.
- Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, configuring workflows, access policies, and compliance controls.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, along with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Assessment tools, and Security Incident and Event Management Systems.
Skills
- Ability to lead the design and execution of end-to-end IAM, CIAM, and PAM programs.
- Skilled in integrating IAM solutions with diverse applications, using APIs, connectors, and identity federation protocols.
- Expertise in designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
- Experience with cloud security contexts as well as on-premises IAM solutions.
- Proficiency in problem-solving to analyze complex challenges within IAM.
