Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IAM solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive IAM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage IAM governance and operations.
  • Oversee vendor evaluations to assess potential suppliers.
  • Establish IAM environments across various stages, including Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Production, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Configure IAM settings and ensure seamless data synchronization between various IAM components.
  • Design IAM processes and workflows to manage identities and accesses securely.
  • Develop IAM documentation including policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams, engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IIQ (Associate/Professional/Engineer/Architect), CyberArk certifications, and additional recognized technical certifications like Oracle, Azure AD, or similar.
  • Proficiency in implementing IAM/PAM technology solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, and Okta.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, configuring workflows, access policies, and compliance controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, along with effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Assessment tools, and Security Incident and Event Management Systems.

Skills

  • Ability to lead the design and execution of end-to-end IAM, CIAM, and PAM programs.
  • Skilled in integrating IAM solutions with diverse applications, using APIs, connectors, and identity federation protocols.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
  • Experience with cloud security contexts as well as on-premises IAM solutions.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving to analyze complex challenges within IAM.
