In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a broad range of audio-visual (AV) equipment, including audio, video, and lighting systems. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and configuring setups for live broadcasts, recordings, and meetings, ensuring top-quality performance.
- Collaborating closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors to support and administer critical AV systems, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video Walls, and hybrid AV technologies.
- Innovating and improving AV processes while ensuring system resilience and high availability.

You should be degree qualified with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting AV equipment. Strong skills in configuring and operating AV systems for live productions and recordings are essential. Experience with advanced AV technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video Walls, and hybrid AV systems, is preferred.
