Consultant - Luxury Tech

As a prominent hybrid luxury retailer, the company offers a curated portfolio of over 10 owned brands and excels in distributing and marketing over 400 international names across luxury fashion, beauty, jewelry, watches, eyewear, and lifestyle products.

In this role, the Luxury Tech Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, employing appropriate sales techniques, and leveraging product knowledge to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining store standards, managing stock, and ensuring a high level of grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer experience standards to foster loyalty.
• Address customer queries related to products, prices, and services.
• Provide tailored advice on product ranges based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and generate sales reports.
• Participate in achieving store incentives and track post-launch sales.
• Ensure adherence to brand merchandising guidelines and facilitate stock replenishment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in Luxury Technology.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English.
