Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, handle stock replenishment, and participate in product launches and promotions.
- Address customer queries regarding products, prices, and services.
- Advise customers on product ranges suited to their needs and demonstrate product usage and benefits.
- Generate sales while tracking performance against targets, and produce daily sales reports.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met and manage stock levels according to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an assisted sales or service-led environment.
- Experience with a premium technology brand is preferred.
- Fluent in English and a local market language is essential.
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions and adapt to customer needs.
- Strong customer-facing and sales skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Confidence in providing bespoke consultations to meet customer inquiries.
