Consultant Luxury Tech

As a Luxury Technology Consultant at the company, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your core responsibilities will include collecting data on customer behavior and sales performance to provide insights for business reviews, driving client relationships through an omni-channel approach, supporting the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer initiatives, ensuring adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), capturing customer data in alignment with marketing requirements, and promoting the loyalty program (MUSE) while supporting in-store marketing events.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in retail (fashion, jewelry, accessories, technology)
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
