Responsibilities
- Build and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
- Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Advise customers on product ranges suitable for their needs.
- Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
- Generate sales and achieve sales targets using makeup knowledge.
- Track and report daily sales and achieve store-level sell-out targets.
- Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines and manage stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an assisted sales or service-led environment.
- Experience with/working in a premium technology brand.
- Fluent in English preferred; proficiency in the local market language is essential.
- Proven track record of creating innovative solutions and problem-solving.
- Strong customer-facing and sales skills with the ability to adapt style to customer needs.
- Confident and friendly approach with the ability to provide in-depth consultations.
