Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer initiatives in-store.
• Collect data on customer behavior and product performance for business insights.
• Foster client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with VM guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee click-and-collect operations and capture customer data per marketing requirements.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and support in-store marketing events.
• Stay updated on brand social media activities and provide feedback on in-store experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail experience, particularly in fashion, jewelry, accessories, or technology is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
