Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer initiatives in-store.
- Collect data on customer behavior and product performance for business insights.
- Foster client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
- Provide pre-buying feedback on products and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with VM guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee click-and-collect operations and capture customer data per marketing requirements.
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and support in-store marketing events.
- Stay updated on brand social media activities and provide feedback on in-store experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous retail experience, particularly in fashion, jewelry, accessories, or technology is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
