Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative, end-to-end IT solutions across various sectors, including Government, Healthcare, Education, Customs, and Transportation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that support their business objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor technology solutions encompassing cloud services, cybersecurity, AI, and contact center excellence.
- Maintain ISO-certified standards in service delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes in all projects.
- Drive change and foster digital excellence within client organizations, enabling them to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT services or digital transformation projects within key sectors.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity practices, and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with clients effectively.
- Knowledge of ISO certification standards and experience in delivering ISO-compliant solutions is advantageous.
