As a Consultant - Partner Management, you will complement existing Partner Management and Field Delivery functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for structural classification, traveling within the CEEMETA region, and supporting service sales and delivery while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Participating in service sales planning to identify the best partners to engage, working directly with the delivery team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Driving an integrated global/theatre partner program that aligns with Line of Business (LOB) needs, owning strategic partner planning for an 18–24 month horizon.
  • Managing relationships across various teams, including Delivery, Resource Management, Field Operations, Service Sales, Procurement, and Finance, utilizing strong matrix and influencing skills.
  • Leading transformation efforts by incorporating industry best practices in collaboration with other Partner Managers.

Requirements
Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in Strategy Development and Program/Partner Management.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models and partner ecosystems; ability to work effectively with senior management under matrix management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong product, technology, and industry knowledge with the ability to execute.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and a willingness to travel extensively to engage with partners in-region.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
