Consultant Partner Management

As a Consultant in Partner Management at the company, you will play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of innovative products and services. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, partners, and other technical support groups to manage the lifecycle of sophisticated and high-risk projects—from design to delivery.

You will complement existing Partner Management and Field Delivery functions, which includes:

• Structural Classification: Ability to travel within the CEEMETA region to support service sales and delivery while representing the partner component.
• Strategic Engagement: Work directly with delivery teams and partners to ensure appropriate service delivery performance, without engaging directly with customers for escalations regarding partner accountability.
• Global Partner Programs: Drive integrated global partner programs aligned to the needs of the Line of Business (LOB) and own strategic partner planning over an 18–24 month horizon.
• Financial Management: Align with theatre delivery to meet annual plans and support advisory efforts.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong understanding of service delivery models and partner ecosystems.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to travel extensively to engage with partners in-region.

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
