Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance the company post-trade infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize DVP (Delivery versus Payment) and Custodian models.
- Support implementation of cross-border settlement frameworks.
- Establish operational procedures for clearing and settlement activities.
- Design the framework for CCP integration across participating markets.
- Coordinate with custodians, clearing houses, exchanges, and regulators.
- Develop post-trade processes for new asset classes.
- Define operational workflows for trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Support risk management frameworks related to settlement and clearing.
- Align the company post-trade operations with international best practices.
Key Deliverables:

Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in post-trade operations, clearing, settlement, or custody.
- Strong knowledge of DVP models, custodianship, and clearing structures.
- Experience working with CCPs, exchanges, custodians, and regulators.
- Knowledge of cross-border settlement mechanisms.
