About The Role:
Are you passionate about product design and user experience, with a strong eye for creative excellence? We're looking for a talented Product Design Manager to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) across guest and staff-facing digital products and platforms.

You will be responsible for crafting personas, storyboards, and prototypes that bring our digital vision to life—making every interaction seamless, intuitive, and unforgettable. Collaborating across Digital, Commercial, Data, Operations, and Guest Experience, you will develop compelling business cases that inform and support digital product enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.

About You:
You should be degree qualified with at least 7 years of experience in a customer-centric ‘agile’ organization, including 4+ years in a management or product lead role. You will have experience in a design and product development landscape, including proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite, and Abstract.
