About The Role:
Are you passionate about product design and user experience, with a strong eye for creative excellence? We are looking for a talented Product Design Manager to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) across guest and staff-facing digital products and platforms.
Your exceptional design skills and creative problem-solving will play a vital role in shaping how users interact with our brand. This exciting opportunity allows you to create impactful, user-centered experiences that delight our guests and boost engagement across every touchpoint—web, mobile, and conversational platforms.
You will be responsible for leading product design by crafting personas, storyboards, and prototypes that bring our digital vision to life, making every interaction seamless, intuitive, and unforgettable. Collaboration is key, as you will work across Digital, Commercial, Data, Operations, and Guest Experience to develop compelling business cases that inform and support digital product enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
This role offers you the chance to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every stage of the user journey, transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that make a lasting impression.
About You:
You should be degree qualified and demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in a customer-centric ‘agile’ organization, including 4+ years in a management or product lead role. Experience in a design and product development landscape, including proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite, and Abstract, is required.
