About The Role: We are seeking a passionate Product Design Manager with a strong eye for creative excellence to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) across guest and staff-facing digital products and platforms.

You will be responsible for creating impactful, user-centered experiences that delight our guests and enhance engagement across various platforms such as web, mobile, and conversational interfaces. Through collaborative efforts with Digital, Commercial, Data, Operations, and Guest Experience teams, you will develop compelling business cases that support digital product enhancements aligned with our strategic priorities.

About You:

• Degree qualified
• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-centric ‘agile’ organization, including 4+ years in a management/product lead role
• Experience in design and product development, including proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite, and Abstract
