About The Role: In this pivotal role, you will transform cargo operations through smart, scalable, and customer-focused product innovation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing trends and translating insights into actionable reports to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of cargo products to ensure relevance, efficiency, and compliance.
• Supporting the growth of premium offerings that drive revenue and enhance the product portfolio.
• Monitoring for risks or gaps and escalating issues promptly to protect delivery timelines and ensure operational readiness.

About You:
You are degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo, logistics, or supply chain product environments. You possess hands-on experience in system implementation, supplier management, and a strong understanding of the air cargo ecosystem. Familiarity with third-party distribution channels is essential for successful integration and execution.

Desired qualifications include:

• Familiarity with Cargo Management Systems, particularly tools such as Ansible, Bash, Git configuration and workflows, or IBM Rational ClearCase.
• A track record of delivering product-led solutions, driving innovation, and developing strategies focused on cost efficiency and revenue growth.
