Responsibilities
- Maintain an integrated view of Data & AI resource supply and demand across existing resources, incoming recruitment/partner pipelines, in-delivery projects, backlog, and sales pipeline.
- Reconcile resource allocations across project plans, resource-management systems, and forecasts, identifying and resolving gaps or discrepancies.
- Facilitate regular supply-demand reviews with stakeholders and track agreed resource actions through closure.
- Strengthen governance around RFI/RFP reviews, deal qualification, and opportunity-to-project handover.
- Support adoption of the agreed Data & AI delivery methodology, templates, and governance checkpoints.
- Facilitate post-delivery feedback loops covering delivery performance, estimation accuracy, and lessons learned.
- Support budget and forecast preparation by aligning resource plans with delivery, backlog, and pipeline requirements.
- Maintain operational calendars, action trackers, and management dashboards covering resource health and delivery readiness.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, and governance templates for critical processes.
- Provide Practice Leadership with reliable, decision-ready information on resource, delivery, and process performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in business operations, resource management, PMO, delivery governance, or workforce planning within an IT services or consulting organization.
- Strong understanding of resource supply-demand management and project-based workforce planning.
- Experience working with project managers, finance, recruitment, sales, and resource-management teams.
- Good understanding of project financial concepts including revenue, cost, margin, budget, and utilization.
- Experience working with project/resource management, ERP, or workforce-planning systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel with strong capability in management reporting and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to follow through across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with resource-management platforms such as Clarity or equivalent systems.
- Experience supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, or headcount planning.
- Experience designing operational dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Background in process improvement.
- Understanding of the sales lifecycle, RFI/RFP processes, and delivery governance.
