Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide IT project delivery and assist the project manager with project planning, stakeholder communication, development, testing, and release processes.
- Lead or assist team members in providing business and technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Take accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing suitable technology solutions to meet customer requirements as part of the Customer Journey.
- Liaise with various teams, including architects and business stakeholders, to understand and drive the product or service direction.
- Conduct end-to-end system tests, user acceptance tests, and provide support on system implementation.
- Ensure high-quality standards of deliverables in accordance with the company's standards and best practices.
- Prepare project-related documentation and assist with compliance and audit checking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality complex system solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficient technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Familiarity with Linux and Shell scripting.
- Knowledge and experience with distributed systems, micro-service architecture, and APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and tooling).
- Ability to work in an Agile working environment.
- Strong passion for technology and engineering.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are necessary.
