Key Responsibilities
- Deliver programmes with consulting discipline.
- Plan & run multi‑workstream deliveries using appropriate methodology; maintain schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and evidence packs for audits and controls.
- Structure analyses (issue trees, hypotheses, KPI impact) to inform recommendations on activation, digital adoption, usage, ENR, and attrition; translate findings into clear next steps for Product, Ops, and Risk.
- Facilitate stakeholder cadences (weekly stand‑ups, SteerCos) across Product, Technology/Processor, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and vendors; drive decisions and unblock delivery.
- Coordinate staffing & onboarding support, keeping trackers current (pipeline, role IDs, JD links).
- Compile monthly dashboards for programme health (milestones, risks, spend vs. plan) and team KPIs; circulate status updates and action trackers.
- Assist PMs with open PO reviews, accrual needs, and closure requests per policy; ensure documentation is audit‑ready ahead of month end.
- Capture lessons learned, update playbooks/templates, and drive adoption of collaboration and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Payments Execution Examples
- Support platform changes & scheme updates with controlled cutovers and post‑launch stabilization (e.g., authentication/fraud tuning, wallet/tokenization adoption).
- Manage lifecycle programmes (activation, usage, balance build, retention) with defined cohorts, controls, and test-and‑learn design; monitor impact and iterate.
- Oversee card + companion wallet rollouts: product setup, partner onboarding, and tokenized wallet flows.
- Handle portfolio migration/conversion programmes tied to new propositions: phased plan (pre‑conversion → implementation → post‑conversion), comms, and BAU handover.
- Facilitate tokenization & wallet enablement (Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay): launch MDES‑backed tokens, set up push provisioning, and complete commercial + technical onboarding.
- Design, launch, and scale end‑to‑end loyalty programs—from strategy & business case → platform/vendor selection & integration → earn/burn and catalog configuration → partner onboarding & GTM → migration & BAU handover → performance dashboards, governance, and continuous optimization.
