We are seeking a high-energy Consultant to lead the delivery of high-impact engagements in the solution function. The Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in managing our solutions deployment to ensure that our clients receive maximum value from our data solutions. The ideal candidate combines a passion for technology with project management experience and the ability to lead teams.
What You'll Do:
- Work onsite with clients to manage complex enterprise implementations.
- Demonstrate the analytical value of our solutions under tight time constraints.
- Drive user adoption of our solutions.
- Foster positive client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Assist clients in implementing services and planning projects effectively.
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on project performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Track project performance.
- Solve client problems and create value-added content to communicate solutions.
- Manage client interactions using verbal and written communication.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in management consulting and/or technology in a top firm is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Project management experience.
- Strong track record of leadership.
