Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Language Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic language is a plus


Technical Capabilities:

  • Proven detailed knowledge of industry standards for data management (DAMA, DCAM, CDMP, CMMI’s DMM, or NDMO).
  • Hands-on experience in designing data management capabilities such as:
    • Data governance
    • Metadata management
    • Data quality management
    • Reference & master data management
    • Data architecture
  • Development and implementation of data management artefacts tailored to client requirements.
  • Experience with leading data management tools and platforms (e.g. Informatica, Oracle, IBM, AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, data scientists, data engineers, and stakeholders.

Functional Capabilities:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and derive insights from data.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • High-quality work product and collaboration for client satisfaction.
  • Understanding of business functions and sector impacts.
  • Identifying process efficiency improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC region (50-75% of the time).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading consulting firms or global system integrators.
  • Professional certification in DAMA, DCAM, CDMP, or CMMI’s DMM.
  • Experience in Data Governance Policies and Processes.
  • Knowledge of data engineering design experiences (data pipelines, ETL frameworks).
