Consultant/Senior Consultant | Cyber Defense & Resilience | Technology Resilience

This position focuses on Cyber Defense & Resilience within Technology Resilience, located in Kuwait or Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology resilience concepts, including recovery architecture, IT continuity, backup strategies, and failover design. Candidates should have demonstrated experience conducting Technology Impact Analysis (TIA) or similar exercises to assess critical IT dependencies, as well as hands-on experience in running or participating in Disaster Recovery (DR) Drills.

Key responsibilities include developing, executing, and maintaining runbooks, evaluating data centers, hybrid/cloud infrastructure, and application landscapes through a resilience lens. Candidates must be adept at translating technical risks into business impact terms and communicating recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Involvement in developing or supporting resilience strategies, roadmaps, or implementation plans for enterprise clients is essential, along with knowledge of regulatory expectations surrounding technology resilience, particularly in sectors like financial services, energy, or government.

Desirable qualifications that would complement the team include familiarity with business continuity, crisis management, or operational resilience frameworks, along with experience supporting tabletop exercises, technical simulations, or chaos engineering experiments. Knowledge of cloud resilience architectures (e.g., multi-AZ/multi-region failover) and understanding of cyber-resilience intersections, such as ransomware preparedness and zero-trust recovery, are advantageous. Hands-on exposure to modern resilience solutions, experience performing resilience posture assessments, and relevant professional certifications will also be considered an asset.
