Consultant/Senior Consultant | Technology Strategy & Transformation | FSI

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Technology Strategy & Transformation at Deloitte, you will play a vital role in leading technology operating model transformations and supporting clients in optimizing their technology operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting workshops to manage business requirements and perform current state assessments.
• Designing and developing comprehensive tech strategies and roadmaps to enhance technology capabilities.
• Leading the implementation of technology operating model transformations and embedding agile methodologies into client processes.
• Designing IT service management processes aligned with best practices such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Enhancing vendor management frameworks and optimizing IT budgeting and financial reporting.
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout clients' digital transformations, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensuring quality in client deliverables.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Consulting or Digital Banking.
• Familiarity with at least two areas of Banking Domain, such as Digital Banking, Payments, or Retail Banking.

Language Requirements:
Good command of written and spoken English is required; Arabic is a plus.
