Consulting Architect

The SUSE Professional Services team is seeking a Consulting Architect, fluent in both Arabic and English, to work hands-on with our global enterprise customers across EMEA, primarily in the Middle East region. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with Kubernetes (preferably Rancher Prime), strong technical and communication skills, and a good understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps, and open source software in general. Application development experience is a plus.

To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely with our customers to help them understand the impact SUSE can deliver for their business through its products and solutions. Consulting Architects should expect to travel up to 40% of the time, on average, as the role will include consulting and technical engagements delivered on customer premises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
• 10-15 years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience working with customers to design and implement SUSE solutions, including those based on Kubernetes and Rancher Prime
• Hands-on software configuration, including building automation scripts and implementing integrations to solve customer problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
