As a Consulting Manager, you will lead teams executing complex migrations from legacy systems to the platform, collaborating closely with customers and system integrators. Your role will involve designing robust migration strategies and overseeing seamless transitions, ensuring that the company is positioned as a premier solution in data warehousing and analytics, influencing both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical expert on all aspects of the company.
  • Guide customers through the process of planning their migration journey to the company.
  • Collaborate with Services Delivery (SD), Practice Directors, and Sales Account Team on sales pursuits.
  • Oversee successful SD engagements and assist with issue escalation.
  • Develop methodologies to improve SD offerings.
  • Create strategies and partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators.
  • Manage and develop internal accelerators and reusable PS collaterals.
  • Maintain deep understanding of competitive technologies and position the company accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Solutions Architects and Consultants.
  • Present methodologies and capabilities to both internal teams and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in post-sales technical roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership and management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling professional services.
  • Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technology (e.g., Oracle, Teradata).
  • Experience with non-relational data processing platforms (e.g., Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with data integration and transformation tools (e.g., Informatica).
  • Understanding of large-scale infrastructure-as-a-service platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proven success selling data and/or analytics software to enterprise customers.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Strong presentation skills to technical and executive audiences.
  • Willingness for occasional travel to work with customers/prospects.
