Consulting Project Technical Director

About the Job: The Consulting Project Technical Director plays a vital role in leading BSS/OSS Transformation programs and consultative engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and program success. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating to establish and maintain a roadmap that meets high operational excellence standards.

What You'll Bring: - Experience leading BSS/OSS Transformation programs/consulting engagements is preferred. - Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and ensure product and service excellence. - Strong strategic thinking capabilities with superior verbal and written communication skills.

What You'll Do: - Provide leadership for delivery engagements focused on driving customer happiness and program success. - Participate in strategic and tactical planning for CS4I within the account. - Collaborate closely with the Program Director and Solution Owner for the Delivery Track. - Advocate for the customer within the program team, addressing concerns and finding effective solutions. - Support business development on communication network and applications opportunities.
