Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Delivery engagements with an overall objective of driving customer happiness and Program success.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for CS4I in the account.
- Build ongoing customer relationships and manage onsite stakeholder interactions—CIO, IT/Transformation Director, Operations Head, and Business Heads (CCO, CBO).
- Manage multiple stakeholders on projects, ensuring alignment and communications with customers through meetings, reports, and statuses.
- Act as the point of escalation through a structured path.
- Work collaboratively with the Program Director & Solution Owner for the Delivery Track.
- Support Oracle delivery team in resolving client dependencies and obtaining stakeholder alignment.
- Address customer concerns and identify workable solutions as the customer advocate.
- Report any key unresolved concerns proactively to the Regional Head.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes professionalism, trust, and accountability.
- Support Business development on Comms network/apps opportunities and work cohesively with Oracle Consulting Sales Director to support ongoing sales opportunities.
- Periodically follow up on milestone sign-offs, invoicing, and collections.
- Develop relationships with customer Finance, procurement & Vendor Management teams.
- Provide regular updates and insights on the account.
Requirements
- Experience of leading BSS/OSS Transformation programs/consulting engagements.
- Clear understanding of RACI and its application in the execution of programs.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills to handle competing demands.
- 15-20 years of experience in Communications Consulting with at least 5+ years in customer-facing/engagement roles at the leadership level.
- At least 10 years of experience working in the Middle East region.
