Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP Consultants, Architects, and Master Developers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
- Work upstream in the design phase to ensure company products are included in approved vendor lists (AVL) and integrated into project specifications.
- Track upcoming commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure projects across the UAE market.
- Continuously plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Collaboratively work with the internal team within the organization to achieve clearly identified goals.
- Analyze building schematics, project Bill of Quantities (BOQs), static pressure calculations, and airflow requirements and recommend custom-engineered equipment configurations that align with local energy regulations (such as Dubai Municipality, Estidama, or DEWA requirements).
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development within the MEP or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC products.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with project specifications and vendor approval processes.
- Ability to analyze complex project documents and deliver tailored solutions.
