The Client Solution Executive role at Oracle offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on businesses, helping them shape and transform their future in the digital landscape. You will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities within both existing and new accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the License team to establish a sales strategy and close plan
  • Driving the entire sales cycle, owning and managing all aspects of the sale
  • Coordinating with various teams: License, Solution, Bid, Commercial, Legal, and Risk
  • Developing account plans with sales propositions and pipeline to meet annual targets
  • Selling a subset of consulting solutions and services
  • Gathering and reusing intellectual property in positioning consulting solutions
  • Demonstrating the credibility of Oracle's solutions to key decision-makers
  • Understanding customer needs and linking them to Oracle's solutions
  • Providing solution demos and presentations
  • Creating technical solutions for specified needs and cross-solutions where necessary
  • Leading strategic sales programs in alignment with License sales

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team selling consulting solutions, with client contacts typically at senior executive or board levels
  • Develop long-standing business relationships and demonstrate strong team management skills
  • Sell and promote Oracle consulting services, including negotiating pricing and terms
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
  • Generate forecasts and accurately predict monthly revenue
  • Coach and manage performance, career development of staff, and participate in the recruitment process
  • Manage budget and escalations
