Consulting Services Lead

This job involves leading and mentoring a team of consultants while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions. Collaborating with the team, you will develop effective solutions that address clients' needs, contribute to identifying new business opportunities, expand existing client accounts, and participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights to guide the Consulting Services division, oversee financial performance by adhering to budgets and ensuring profitability, and collaborate with other departments for cohesive client engagement and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting.
• Proven experience in consulting with a record of successful projects.
• Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology.
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are also a plus.
