Responsibilities
- Analyzes business needs to ensure the company solution meets customer objectives.
- Exercises creativity and independent judgment, applying business acumen to design complex business solutions utilizing the company products and technology.
- Recommends enhancements to the company products to address highly complex customer needs.
- Acts as a thought leader and customer advisor, influencing executive management and partner senior management to accept the company solutions and services, thereby facilitating the closure of consulting deals.
- Coordinates or develops highly complex statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staff plans.
