Responsibilities

• Recommends enhancements to the company products to address highly complex customer needs.
• Acts as a thought leader and customer advisor, influencing executive management and partner senior management to accept the company solutions and services, thereby facilitating the closure of consulting deals.
• Coordinates or develops highly complex statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staff plans.
• Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.
• Builds and maintains an up-to-date network of specific industry or product knowledge.
• Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to the implementation team.
• Coordinates a pursuit team of subject matter experts.
