We are seeking aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. The position will support Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and teams of talented professionals in delivering business-focused solutions for our clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology. The successful applicant will initially focus on specific project tasks to achieve successful project outcomes, building client confidence and abilities. Over time, you will grow into a team lead or project manager role with full accountability for the solutions delivered.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Complete ownership of the project from inception to closure, including solutions, relationships, staffing, finance, compliance, and processes
- Planning and organizing project plans and execution
- Building relationships with partners and banks for all project execution activities
- Collaborating with Oracle teams (onsite and offshore) for effective delivery of project deliverables
- Managing project budgets, financials, and controls
- Adhering to Oracle internal processes and project management guidelines
- Interacting with different internal stakeholders at Oracle for effective project execution, monitoring, and compliance
- Ensuring successful project execution with quality deliverables on time
- Overall ownership of the project and solutions offered to customers, supported by technical and functional experts in the team
Requirements
- Experience in project management of Core banking development, implementation, and support projects with Chinese banks
- Familiarity with banks and/or Core banking solution providers in China
- Experience in large/medium-sized core banking transformation projects
- Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end core banking transformation methodology
- Understanding of business, technology, and operations of Chinese banks
- Ability to lead a large/medium-sized team for delivering core banking projects
- Established relationships with senior executives in banks and partners
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write, and speak)
Work Conditions
- Willingness to relocate to the work location of the ORACLE FLEXCUBE implementation projects in Greater China
- Experience working in a multinational company and multilingual projects is an added advantage
