About the Role
The Content Creator is responsible for developing visually compelling and engaging content across the company's brand portfolio. This role creates short-form and long-form content for digital and social media platforms, ensuring storytelling that resonates with youth and lifestyle audiences and supports campaign objectives, product launches, and brand activations.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video, photo, and written content for social, digital, and retail channels.
• Create reels, stories, and short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with videographers, designers, and marketing teams to bring content ideas to life.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects cultural relevance.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on trending content formats, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital storytelling.
• Support campaigns, product launches, and community events through real-time content creation.

Functional and Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.
• Strong copywriting and video editing skills tailored for social media.
• Understanding of platform-specific content optimization (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Ability to analyze content performance and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
