Content Creator & Product Education Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a Web3 Content Creator & Product Education Specialist to produce educational articles and guides, script and present videos, and create supporting course materials that help users understand, explore and activate products across the company's ecosystem. This is a hands-on content execution role. The successful candidate must have proven experience producing written educational content and scripting, presenting and hosting video content within crypto, blockchain, trading or Web3. The role will work closely with business units, product teams and the Learn team to turn new products, features, token listings and platform updates into clear written content, tailored videos, tutorials and supporting educational materials. The objective is not only to explain how the company's products work, but also to help users confidently take the next step and use them.

Key Responsibilities

Written Content & Product Education

• Write original educational articles, product guides, explainers, tutorials and how-to content covering the company's products, crypto markets, blockchain, trading and Web3
• Present complex crypto and trading concepts in clear, practical, retail-friendly language
• Adapt content for beginner, intermediate and experienced users
• Ensure content explains product value, functionality, risks, use cases and user actions
• Create or adapt assigned lesson content, scripts, quizzes and supporting materials based on course structures and learning journeys set by the Learn team
• Ensure assigned course materials are accurate, clear and aligned with the intended audience and learning objectives
• Independently research, draft, revise and finalize written content to publication-ready standards
• Own assigned content deliverables from brief through review and publication, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and raising risks or dependencies early

Video Scripting & On-Camera Presentation

• Script, present and host short-form and long-form educational videos covering the company's products, features and campaigns, working with production support on editing and post-production
• Develop video scripts, walkthroughs, product demonstrations and explainer series
• Maintain a consistent, credible and engaging creator voice on camera

Product Launch Content

• Work with product and business teams to understand upcoming releases, features, campaigns and token listings
• Produce timely written explainers, FAQs and walkthroughs, and script and present videos to support product launches
• Translate technical product information into clear, engaging educational content
• Ensure content is aligned with launch timelines and business priorities
• Follow up on missing product information and complete revisions promptly

Content Operations & Distribution

• Repurpose long-form educational content into short videos, clips, posts, guides and social assets
• Publish assigned content across agreed channels, working with relevant channel owners where needed
• Coordinate reviews, approvals and production handoffs with editors, designers, SEO, localization, compliance and product stakeholders
• Flag outdated, duplicated or underperforming content for review
• Conduct accuracy and quality checks on own deliverables before submission
• Track the performance of assigned content, including reach, watch time, engagement and activation, and share insights with the Learn team

AI-Assisted Content Production

• Use AI tools to support research, scripting, localization, repurposing and lightweight content production, including voiceovers, animations, product walkthroughs and visual explainers
• Experiment with emerging AI content tools to improve production speed and scalability
• Ensure AI-generated materials remain accurate, credible and aligned with the company's quality standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience writing educational or explainer content in crypto, blockchain, trading or Web3
• A strong portfolio of published articles, guides or educational written content, along with examples of on-camera video work
• Hands-on experience scripting, presenting and hosting educational video content
• Strong scripting, storytelling and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading products and the wider Web3 ecosystem
• Ability to explain complex financial and technical topics in simple, engaging language
• Experience creating content for retail or beginner audiences
• Ability to independently deliver written content from concept to publication and take video content from concept through scripting and presentation
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines and flag risks, dependencies or timeline changes early
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving product and market environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video editing and end-to-end video production
• Experience creating course content or contributing to structured learning programs
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, Web3 company, financial platform, media company or creator channel
• Existing audience or established presence within the Web3 content ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with AI video, voice, animation or content creation tools
• Knowledge of SEO, social media distribution, content analytics and audience growth
• Understanding of financial markets, derivatives, macroeconomics or traditional finance
• Experience creating localized or multilingual content
