We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Content Ecosystem Operation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing content strategies for agency partners across overseas live streaming markets. You will play a key role in identifying content trends, improving live content quality, scaling successful content frameworks, and enabling agencies to strengthen their live streaming capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the live streaming ecosystem, has strong content strategy instincts, and is passionate about driving growth through localized, data-informed content operations.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the local content ecosystem, identify and amplify the platform's viral content and unique opportunities, support the building of local vertical content awareness, and establish a vertical operation system.
- Identify and nurture creators with local characteristics, integrate resources both on and off the platform, develop showcases for high-quality platform creators and content, and build industry influence.
- Combine data to gain insights into industry demands, abstract common issues, develop scalable long-term solutions, and drive the achievement of creator scale and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of operational experience, familiar with the live streaming industry; priority will be given to those with team management and result-driven experience.
- Familiar with local culture and the development trends of the corresponding industry, with experience in online and offline campaigns, and equipped with excellent content structuring and summarization capabilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, with a strong sense of teamwork and communication skills, data- and result-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking and global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Preferably with vertical operation experience in music, games or other content.
