Content Editor

This job involves providing editing and rewrite support across various content types including blogs, global communications, and product content to ensure quality and consistency before publication. You will assist in weekly content planning and help maintain workflow efficiency. The role requires enforcing Tone of Voice guidelines, flagging inconsistencies, and supporting the refresh of wider guidelines. You will draft crisis and executive communication copy as needed, support special-format content packages like white papers and research reports, and create media partnership content. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing and editing global communications and product campaign content, producing long-form drafts, and ensuring all content is drafted, edited, and proofread accurately against deadlines.

Requirements for the position include:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Native or fluent English proficiency with strong writing and editing skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proven editorial experience with a strong background specifically in editing and rewriting others' work rather than just original writing.
• Ability to work within Tone of Voice and style guidelines consistently across various formats.
• A calm demeanor under pressure and the capacity to work quickly and efficiently.
• A genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
• A proactive and reliable approach, capable of managing work autonomously without close supervision.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines, sometimes on the same day.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a distributed, mostly asynchronous team environment.
