The Content Editor will collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and communication teams to ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. U.A.E Nationals will be preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, proofread, and edit written materials for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone, and structure.
  • Collaborate with content writers to improve overall quality and ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, templates, and standards for content creation.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure all content aligns with communication objectives and project goals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for publications, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure factual accuracy, adherence to copyright regulations, and consistency in style and messaging.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers and contribute to continuous content improvement.
  • Coordinate with the design team for visual and textual coherence.
  • Track and report content performance metrics when applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Editor, Content Writer, or Copy Editor in a corporate, media, or government setup.
  • Exceptional command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing tools, SEO best practices, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience editing government, technical, or corporate communications preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to content accuracy and relevance.
