Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and oversee written content standards across all customer communication channels.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent content that aligns with the company's brand.
  • Develop and document verbal guidelines and usage principles.
  • Review written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone of voice.
  • Guide internal teams and external agency partners on applying content standards.
  • Establish and maintain content review workflows in collaboration with Group Marketing and relevant teams.
  • Ensure continued adherence to content guidelines through collaboration with Group Marketing and agency teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent command of grammar, structure, and writing style.
  • Experience in managing content across various online and offline channels (e.g., web, outdoor, social) and workflow management systems.
  • Proven experience developing and managing content guidelines and standards.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and customer communication journeys.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with a structured approach to content governance.
