About the Job
As a Content Integrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and adherence of video and audio files according to company specifications. You will perform inspections to identify any anomalies, manage digital content through our Media Lab Equipment, and follow quality assurance protocols. Your role will involve operating various software tools for content integration and ensuring optimal functionality of the Media Lab Equipment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Performs inspections of both video and audio files to assure adherence to company specifications, reporting any anomalies for re-do and rejection.
- Inputs data into the Media Lab Equipment, such as the Digital Content Management System (DCMS), including metadata (synopses and images) and linking assets.
- Adheres to processes and standards by filling out the proper QA/QC checklist/router as per airline specifications, necessary for task completion or reporting/audit purposes.
- Operates various software tools for content integration such as Manzanita Stream Analyzer, Beyond Compare, VLC Player, MD5 Checksum tool, etc.
- Ensures Media Lab Equipment is in good working condition.
Other Requirements
- Comfortable working with digital files and related software systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changes.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma/General Education Development (GED) with at least 2 years of experience with IFE systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with SAP and Primavera tools.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
- Prior experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a digital environment, managing files across various folders and systems, with a general comfort level in the basics of computer science.
- Familiarity with SAP, Primavera, Version One, and JIRA is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
