Responsibilities

  • Anticipates audience needs and translates insights into relevant, engaging content that drives connection and recall.
  • Builds cohesive, multi-channel content strategies aligned to brand positioning and business priorities, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Uses performance data and insights to continuously refine content strategy, formats, and messaging.
  • Delivers high-quality content at pace, ensuring strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
  • Effectively collaborates with internal teams and external partners, aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver unified outcomes.
  • Owns and delivers a clear, insight-led content strategy across digital, social, and campaign channels.
  • Develops and governs a structured content calendar aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Translates business goals into compelling, platform-specific storytelling and narratives.
  • Partners with agencies and cross-functional teams to create, review, and optimize content assets.
  • Continuously tracks content performance and drives optimization through testing and insights.
  • Ensures consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer-facing content.

Requirements

  • Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong storytelling and content strategy capabilities with experience across multi-channel ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • High ownership, agility, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
  • Demonstrates ownership, bias for action, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Drives collaboration and alignment across teams to deliver business impact.
  • KPIs include: content engagement (CTR, views, shares), audience growth, conversion impact, content quality, and consistency in brand execution.

Work Conditions
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
