Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand identity, marketing goals, and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, writers, and designers.
- Oversee content creation across multiple platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email marketing, whitepapers, reports, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and optimized for SEO and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create cohesive messaging that supports brand positioning and customer acquisition strategies.
- Analyze content performance using key metrics and data insights to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
- Work closely with PR and media teams to amplify brand presence across various channels.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all content initiatives.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital media, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of brand positioning.
- Experience in financial services, Forex, CFDs, fintech, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, digital marketing trends, and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Experience working with creative teams, including designers, videographers, and copywriters.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
