Content Writer

This role involves creating and editing global communications, including long-form explainers and various types of content that support the company's narratives and milestones. The successful candidate will generate narrative angles and story framing ideas, write product and campaign content, and assist with CRM/lifecycle copy while adhering to deadlines and briefs. Additional responsibilities include enhancing the team's use of AI tools in content operations, producing user/community and KOL stories, interviews, and video content, along with content amplification across channels. Accuracy and consistency in tone and style are vital, as is tracking content performance metrics to improve the team's measurement framework.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or higher degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, with equivalent experience also acceptable. Proficiency in English with exceptional writing and editing capabilities, coupled with strong attention to detail, is a must. Candidates should have proven editorial experience across diverse formats, showcasing versatility in writing styles from long-form articles to engaging human-interest pieces. A genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech, alongside comfort with AI writing tools and data analytics, is essential. Ideal applicants are proactive, reliable, multitasking, and can thrive in a distributed, mostly asynchronous team environment.
