As an intern, you will support continuous improvement programs, work on governance and performance management initiatives, and take ownership of your own workstreams. You'll participate in strategic meetings that allow you to grow and understand how transformation is managed at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Continuous Improvement & Performance Management team with governance design, process standardization, and transformation program coordination across Service Operations.
  • Work on specific projects to improve reporting structures, build performance dashboards, and support the Cost-to-Serve model and other financial visibility tools.
  • Maintain and lead improvement of program reporting, action tracking, and deliverable management using tools like MS Planner to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  • Lead content creation and communication delivery for the CI & PM team engagement, including internal communications, newsletters, surveys, and social media platforms.
  • Support AI & digital transformation initiatives such as Superminds and AI Scheduling Assistants that contribute to the One Services 2030 strategy.
  • Orchestrate and maintain the report out of transformation initiatives, workshop summaries, meeting minutes, and action trackers for strong follow-through and execution discipline.
  • Assist in creating and standardizing templates, document formats, and governance frameworks to drive consistency across Service Operations deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial), Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent skills with PowerPoint & Excel, with the ability to form a clear point of view on complex issues through visualization and quantitative & qualitative data.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with leaders and translate their voices into clear and compelling messages.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done.
  • Attention to detail and a self-motivated problem-solving attitude with an eagerness to learn while challenging the status quo.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
