Continuous Improvement Specialist - Vertiv Operating Systems

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist at the company in the United Arab Emirates, you will lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, primarily focusing on Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with teams across departments and interacting with external customers and suppliers where necessary, aiming to enhance departmental performance aligned with key company objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and sustaining effective process improvements through the company's Operating System (VOS) methodologies. You will serve as a change agent to facilitate cultural transformation, adopt successful process improvement practices, and diagnose and resolve barriers to project success. Additionally, you will lead business improvement projects, involving data analysis, planning, change management, and training on CI methodologies such as Lean, while also collaborating with department managers to implement VOS strategies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (3+ years), with Six Sigma/Lean certifications preferred. A proven track record in operational execution and leadership in diverse teams, as well as proficiency in software for word processing, spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and presentations are required. Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills are essential, along with the capacity to communicate effectively across all organizational levels in a matrix management environment. Furthermore, candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and be legally authorized to work in the UAE as no sponsorship is available.
