Position

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist at the company, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, including Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, to enhance department performance and align with key organizational initiatives. You will work as part of a highly skilled team, interacting with all areas of assigned departments as well as engaging with external customers and suppliers when applicable.

Your main responsibilities will include developing, executing, and sustaining effective process improvements to drive KPI enhancements using the company Operating System (VOS) methodologies. You will serve as a change agent, driving cultural transformation, fostering successful process improvement practices, and diagnosing project barriers to facilitate resolution.

You will also lead assigned departments’ business improvement projects, including data analysis, change management, and training in CI methodology such as LEAN. Your role will include collaborating with department managers to prepare and implement VOS strategies, ensuring ongoing measurement and continuous improvement of business processes.

Location: United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably 3+ years of experience)
  • Six Sigma / Lean certifications preferred

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of operational execution
  • Experience leading diverse teams to achieve common goals
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software
  • Strong ability to interact at all organizational levels
  • Capacity to work within a matrix management environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Ethical and values-driven in decision-making
