Position

The Contract Associate Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring successful and compliant CHI uploads. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying member mandatory information prior to uploading onto CHI, ensuring accuracy of National ID, Iqama, Border Number, Passport Number, and Member IDs as compared to supporting documents.
  • Performing pre-upload validation on changes such as additions, deletions, transfers, and corrections to prevent CHI rejections.
  • Investigating discrepancies between client census files, system records, and CHI requirements.
  • Analyzing rejection reasons, coordinating necessary corrections, and resubmitting records within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Confirming policy effective dates, enrollment dates, and renewal dates align with underwriting approval and policy setup.
  • Processing updates such as DOB corrections, ID changes, relationship changes, and member transfers between groups.
  • Tracking uploaded members until they are successfully linked in the CHI portal and escalating unresolved cases promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards for all uploads.
  • Producing validation error reports, rejection analysis, SLA performance reports, and offering recommendations for reducing upload failures and improving quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in benefit setup or insurance policy administration within a health insurance company.
  • Experience with benefit configuration tools and administrative platforms.
  • Familiarity with medical coverages, CHI uploads, and the eligibility process.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements (CHI, IA, Nphies).

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
