Where is the Work:
On-Site (5 days)
Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to engineering quality standards.
- Lead site teams, optimize installation workflows, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Enhance system performance through precise commissioning.
- Maintain strong client communication and documentation, contributing to improved project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, material coordination, procurement follow-up, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-off, site supervision, subcontractor coordination, client/consultant coordination, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and technicians to ensure proper execution of ducting, chilled-water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, equipment installation, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor site activities to ensure HVAC installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Support the development of project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and activity timelines.
