Where is the Work:
On-Site (5 days)
Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from end to end, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering quality standards.
- Lead site teams, optimizing installation workflows, and implementing corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Enhance system performance through precise commissioning.
- Maintain strong client communication and documentation, contributing to improved project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, schedule, monitor progress, coordinate materials, and follow up on procurement.
- Conduct Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Take-Offs.
- Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Coordinate with site engineers and technicians for effective execution of ducting, chilled-water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, equipment installation, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor site activities to ensure HVAC installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Support in developing project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and activity timelines.
